  Pelvis Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P = 05-03-2023…. GA 7 weeks+ 6 days) Single intrauterine fetus having CRL 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 weeks by scan Fetal cardiac activity seen Fetal movements seen INCIDENTAL FINDING : A well defined anechoic cyst is noted in the right ovary measuring 4.0cm x 2.8 cm. No internal echoes or septae noted. No calcification or significant vascularity seen CONCLUSION: • Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 week by scan • E.D.D by scan 11-12-2023 • Right ovarian simple cyst…. Follow up adviced

  Pelvis URINARY BLADDER: Sonolucent contents. Normal wall thickness. No focal mass or calculus is seen. UTERUS:   10.4. x 4,3   x 6.1 Appear enlarged Normal in size,   Normal in shape, position & inhomogenous   echogenicity. Anteverted & Anteflexed. Normal midline echoes. No focal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in posterior cul de sac. Endometrium canal measure   6. 0 mm. Seedling   fibroid is seen in the posterior wall 1.2 cm OVARIES: Right: 3.0 x 1.9cm. - Left: 2.9 x 1.5 cm. Normal in size & shape. No focal mass is seen. There is no ascites seen CONCLUSION: Uterus appear bulky and enlarge, show inhomogenous texture. There could be possibility of adenomyosis. ….for clinical correlation. Advice harmonal essay. Seedling   fibroid is seen in the posterior wall 1.2 cm

  Abdomen & Pelvis LIVER: Liver is seen normal in size measuring   13.2 cm in longitudinal dimention. The outer contour is smooth showing homogenous parenchymal echogenicity with regular margins. No focal   solid or cystic mass   is seen. Intrahepatic biliary ducts are not dilated. Portal vein measures 1.0 cms. No portal vein thrombosis is seen. GALL BLADDER: Normally distended gall bladder seen with no thickening of walls. No calculi, mass or sludge is seen in the lumen.   No pericholecystic fluid is seen.   Whole Abdomen LIMITED STUDY DUE TO GASEOUS ABDOMEN LIVER: Liver is normal in size measures 16 cm with raised echogenicity, altered echotexture and regular borders. A round hyperechoic lesion measuring 1.5 cm x 1.2 cm is noted in Segment 4b showing mild vascularity…. most likely hemangioma.. Intrahepatic biliary ducts are not dilated.
