Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan

CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P= 02-09-2022… GA = GA 25week + 4 days)

Single intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal.

Fetal movement and cardiac activity seen

Placenta is fundo-anterior , away from internal OS.

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 18.5 cm.

BPD = 64.0mm                                  HC = 239.2  mm

FL = 49.6 mm.                                    AC = 222.2 mm

EFW = 961 grams =/- 144 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 26  weeks 2 days. +/_ 2 weeks.

E.D.D by scan 04-06-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy orresponding to 26 weeks+ 2 days +/_ 2 weeks.

GA 7 weeks+ 6 days) Single intrauterine fetus having CRL 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 weeks by scan Fetal cardiac activity seen Fetal movements seen INCIDENTAL FINDING : A well defined anechoic cyst is noted in the right ovary measuring 4.0cm x 2.8 cm. No internal echoes or septae noted. No calcification or significant vascularity seen CONCLUSION: • Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 week by scan • E.D.D by scan 11-12-2023 • Right ovarian simple cyst….
