URINARY BLADDER: Sonolucent contents. Normal wall thickness. No focal mass or calculus is seen.

UTERUS:  10.4. x 4,3  x 6.1 Appear enlarged Normal in size,  Normal in shape, position &

inhomogenous  echogenicity. Anteverted & Anteflexed. Normal midline echoes. No focal mass is seen.

No free fluid is seen in posterior cul de sac. Endometrium canal measure  6. 0 mm. Seedling  fibroid

is seen in the posterior wall 1.2 cm

OVARIES: Right: 3.0 x 1.9cm. - Left: 2.9 x 1.5 cm. Normal in size & shape. No focal mass is seen.

There is no ascites seen

CONCLUSION:

Uterus appear bulky and enlarge, show inhomogenous texture. There could be possibility of adenomyosis.

Advice harmonal essay.

Seedling  fibroid is seen in the posterior wall 1.2 cm
