CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P = 05-03-2023…. GA 7 weeks+ 6 days)

Single intrauterine fetus having CRL 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 weeks by scan

Fetal cardiac activity seen

Fetal movements seen

INCIDENTAL FINDING : A well defined anechoic cyst is noted in the right ovary measuring

4.0cm x 2.8 cm. No internal echoes or septae noted. No calcification or significant vascularity

seen

CONCLUSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 week by scan

• E.D.D by scan 11-12-2023

• Right ovarian simple cyst…. Follow up adviced
