Whole Abdomen

 


LIVER:

Liver is seen normal in size measuring 15.2 cm with slightly raises ehogenicity an daltered

echotexture.No focal solid or cystic mass is seen. Intrahepatic biliary ducts are not dilated. Portal vein

measures 1.0 cms.

GALL BLADDER:

Normally distended gall bladder seen with no thickening of walls. No calculi, mass or sludge is seen in the

lumen. No pericholecystic fluid is seen. CBD has normal calibre measures cms.

PANCREAS:

It’s normal in shape and size with normal homogenous echotexture . No focal mass, cyst or calcification seen.

SPLEEN:

Spleen appears normal in size , measures 9.0 cms. The outer surface is smooth with homogenous

echotexture.

KIDNEYS:

Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position. Outline is smooth and well demarcated. Normal

parenchymal texture seen with intact cortico medullary distinction. No calculi or hydronephrosis is seen in either

kidney. Upper parts of both ureter not seen dilated.

Right kidney measures 12.8 cm x5.9 cm with cortical thickness 0.8 cm, a small echogenic focus is noted at

the mid, measures 0.5 cm causing fullness. No proximal hyroureter noted.

Left kidney measures 11.7 cm x 6.6 cm with cortical thickness 0.8 cm. No mass or calculus noted. No

hydronephrosis or proximal hydroureter seen

URINARY BLADDER:

It is well distended it shows normal wall thickness. No calculus mass or sludge is seen.

PRE VOID VOLUME: 338 ml

POST VOID VOLUME: 70 ml

PROSTATE:

Borderline enlarged , measures  4.7 cm x 3.8 cm x 3.2 cm

It weighs 31 grams

No calcification noted

CONCLUSION:

• Fatty liver with altered echotexture…..LFT advised

• Right renal calculus with fullness
