URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended at the time of scan…. few internal echoes are noted in the lumen. Wall thickness

is increased measures upto 0.4 cm

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring 5.8 cm  x 3.6 cm x 3.0 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness. No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo meaures 0.8 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.8 cm x 2.3 cm with a well defined anechoic cyst meausring 1.2 cm x 1.0 cm

….. most likely follicle

Left ovary measures  2.3 cm x 1.9 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Cystitis+/-…….. urine D/R advised

• No other pelvic pathology noted
