URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted,bulky measuring 7.5 x 8.0 x 4.8 cms.

Normal myometrial texture and thickness.

Endometrial thickness is normal with  central cavitary echo . Cavity shows some hyperechoic structures suggestive of RPOCs. No

focal lesion seen. 

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  3.8 x 3.1 cm. Appears cystic.

Left ovary measures  2.8 x 2.0 cm.

No maturing follicles or cysts are seen.

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

uterine cavity shows RPOCs.
