URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus is bulky anteverted measuring 8.9 cm x 5.2 cm x 4.0 cm. Atleast 3 non homogenous

hypoechoic  to isoechoic foci are noted in the myoemetrium, two at the anterior wall and one

at posterior wall.  Largest one measures 2.6 cm x 2.6 cm at the anterior wall. no calcification

seen. No significant increase in vascularity noted……. findings are suggestive of fibroids.

Endometrium is pushed posteriorly measures 0.7 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.8 cm x 1.8 cm with a prominent follicle measuring 1.3 cm x 1.0 cm

Left ovary measures  2.7 cm x 1.1 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Utreine fibroids
