URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring 9.2 cm x 5.1 cmx 4.9 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness.No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrium is thick, measures 1.6 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  3.0 cm x 2.1 cm

Left ovary measures   2.7 cm x 2.0 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Endometrial hyperplasia……… Hormonal assay is advised
