URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended , shows normal wall thickness…….few internal echoes are noted in the bladder

……. could be infection. No mass, calculus or sludge noted.

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring 7.4 cm x 3.4 cm x 2.8 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness. No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.9 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.No maturing follicles or cysts are seen.

Right ovary measures  2.2 cm x 1.6 cm

Left ovary measures   2.3 cm x 1.4 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Cystitis +/-…… urine D/R advised

• No other pelvic pathology seen.
