URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring 6.2 cm x 4.4 cm x 2.9 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness.No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.8 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Right ovary measures  3.4 cm x 1.8 cm

Left ovary measures   3.2 cm x 2.4 cm

Bilateral ovary volumes are more than 10 ml. However there is no thick stroma and approx 8

immature follicles seen

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Both ovary volume > 10 ml……..Hormonal assay advised for PCOD
