Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan

CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P 02-05-2023….Ga by dates 7 weeks + 1 day )

Single intra uterine gestational sac measuring 28.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks + 6 days +/- 3

days is noted.

Yolk  sac seen

Fetal pole seen

Fetal cardiac activity seen

• Another suspected intrauterine gestational sac +/-  with internal echoes noted… measures

14.3mm corresponding to 6 weeks+ 2 days, ……No obvious fetal pole seen.

IMPRESSION:

• Intrauterine alive fetus  corresponging to 7 weeks+ 6 days +/- 3 days

• E.D.D by scan 01-02-2024

• Suspected twin pregnancy………. followup advised after 2 weeks
