 Pelvis URINARY BLADDER: Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen. UTERUS: Uterus is anteverted, measuring 6.3 x 3.1 x 3.3 cm Normal myometrial texture and thickness. Endometrial thickness  measuring 0.5 cm  with linear central cavitary echo. No focal lesion seen.   BOTH OVARIES: Both ovaries are normal. Right ovary measures  2.9 x 1.5 cm Left ovary measures  2.5 x 1.4 cm Peripheral arrangement of equal sized follicles noted in both ovaries most likely due to polycystics disease of ovaries PCOs ADNEXAE: No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen. CONCLUSION: Polycystics disease of ovaries PCOs would recommend Lab and clinical co-relation DR RUBINA KHALID SONOLOGIST
