URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus appears bulky, anteverted and retroflexed measures 7.4 cm x 5.3 cm x 3.4 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness. No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.7 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.7 cm x 1.7 cm

Left ovary measures  2.8 cm x 1.6 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Bulky uterus

• Hormonal assay advised
