URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended at the time of scan. No mass or calculus noted. Wall thickness is mildly increased ,

measures upto 0.4 cm…. could be infection

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring 6.3 cm x 3.2 cm x 2.8 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness. No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.6 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Right ovary measures  3.3 cm x 2.1 cm with  volume of 8.5 ml

Left ovary measures   3.3 cm x 2.3 cm with volume of 9.0 ml

Bilateral thick stroma noted along with multiple tiny immature follicles at the periphery…..

however volume of both ovaries is less than 10 ml…… Hormonal assay is advised  for further

evaluation

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Cystitis+/-….. urine D/R advised

• Polycystic ovaries +/-……. clinical correlation and hormal assay is advised
