 Pelvis Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P = 17-08-2022….GA 27 wk+ 1 day) Singleintrauterine fetus with breech presentation and longitudinal at the time of scan Featl movements  and cardiac activity seen Placenta is fundo- posterior Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 14 cm. BPD =63.1 mm                   HC = 243.4 mm FL = 50.0 mm.                      AC = 218.9 mm EFW = 942 grams +/- 141 grams Gestational age according to scan is 26 weeks 2 days. +/-2 weeks. E.D.D by scan= 30-05-2023 IMPRESSION: • Single alive intrauterine fetus with breech presentation corresponding to 26 weeks+ 2 days +/- 2 weeks DR. MALIHA SALEEM RADIOLOGIST
