 Pelvis URINARY BLADDER:Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen. UTERUS:Uterus appears retroverted and bulky measures approx 8.6 cmx 4.3 cm x 5.0 cm A heterogenous hypo to isoechoic focus is noted measuring 2.2 cm x 2.1 cm , no significant increase in vascularity noted…. most likely fibroid +/- Endometrium is thicknened measures 1.1 cm….Mild splitting of endometrium is also observed. • Patient didnot consent for TVS BOTH OVARIES:Both ovaries are normal. Right ovary measures 2.2 cmx 2.1 cm with a well defined anechoic cyst measuring 1.2 cm x 1.1 cm….. most likely follicle Left ovary measures 2.1 cm x 1.5 cm. No mass or cyst noted ADNEXAE:No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen. CONCLUSION: • Retroverted bulky uterus…….. with fibroid+/- • Thicknened endometrium • Mild splitting of endometrium could be arcuate uterus. ADVICE: • TVS / MRI advised  for further evaluation.
