URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended at the time of scan……….few internal echoes are noted in the lumen…. could be

infection

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, measuring  8.0 cm x 3.7 cm x 3.6 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness.No focal lesion seen. 

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.8 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.3 cm x 1.2 cm

Left ovary measures  2.1 cm x 1.4 cm with a well defined anechoic cys meausring 1.0 cm x 1.0 cm….

most likely follicle

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Cystitis =/-….. urine D/R advised

• No pelvic pathology seen.

Right ovary measures  2.0 cm x 1.4 cm

Left ovary measures   2.2 cm x 1.4 cm

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• No pelvic pathology seen.
