URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

UTERUS:

Uterus is retroverted, measuring  8.3 x 4.1 x 5.4 cm

Normal myometrial texture and thickness.

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo. No focal lesion seen. 

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.6 x 1.8 cm

Left ovary measures  2.8 x 1.7 cm.

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

RETROVERTED UTERUS IS SEEN AT THE TIME OF SCAN.
