Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan

CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( 10-02-2023…. GA by dates 8 weeks+ 4 days)

UTERUS :

Single intrauterine gestational sac with  fetus noted , having CRL measuring 17.8 mm corresponding

to  8 weeks+ 2 days +/- 3 days

Fetal cardiac activity seen

OVARIES AND ADNEXA:

Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and position

Left ovary 3.1 cm x x 1.8 cm

Right ovary 3. 0 x 1.6 cm

Bilateral adnexa clear. No free fluid or mass noted

CONCLUSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 8 weeks + 2 days + /- 3 days by scan

• E.D.D by scan  19-11-2023
