Pelvis

 Pelvis URINARY BLADDER: Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen…. Few internal echoes are noted…. could be due to infection. UTERUS: Uterus is bulky anteverted measures 9.7 cm x 6.5 cm x 6.0 cm. Myometrium shows heterogenous echotexture . No significant increase in vasculaity noted. An iso  to hypoechoic heterogenous focus measuring 2.5 cm x 1.7 cm is noted in the anterior wall with minimal vascularity and no calcification . Endometrium in thick and echogenic measures 2.22 cm BOTH OVARIES: Both ovaries are normal. Right ovary measures 1.9 cm x 1.4 cm Left ovary measures 2.1 cm x 1.3 cm . ADNEXAE: No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen. CONCLUSION: • Cystitis+/-…….. urine D/R advised • Bulky heterogenous uterus with myometrial fibroid • Endometrial hyperplasia……. GA 7 weeks+ 6 days) Single intrauterine fetus having CRL 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 weeks by scan Fetal cardiac activity seen Fetal movements seen INCIDENTAL FINDING : A well defined anechoic cyst is noted in the right ovary measuring 4.0cm x 2.8 cm.
