Pelvis Fetal Wellbeing (FWB) / Growth Scan 
CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P= 02-09-2022… GA = GA 25week + 4 days) 
Single intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal.
 Fetal movement and cardiac activity seen Placenta is fundo-anterior , away from internal OS. 
Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 18.5 cm. 
BPD = 64.0mm                        
          HC = 239.2  mm FL = 49.6 mm.                             
       AC = 222.2 mm EFW = 961 grams =/- 144 grams 
Gestational age according to scan is 26  weeks 2 days. +/_ 2 weeks. E.D.D by scan 04-06-2023 

IMPRESSION: • Single alive intrauterine pregnancy orresponding to 26 weeks+ 2 days +/_ 2 weeks.
