KIDNEYS:

• Right kidney measures 11.8 cm x 6.6 cm with cortical thickness 0.9 cm ,Two echogenic foci are

noted, largest one measures  0.7 cm at lower pole.Mild hydronephrosis and proximal

hydroureter is observed uptill 5 cm, the possibility of ureteric calculus could not be ruled

out because of overlying  bowel gases

• Left kidney measures 13.0 cm x 6.0 cm with cortical thickness 0.9 cm. Two to three echogenic

foci are noted . largest one at the lower pole measures 0.6 cm . Mild fullness is seen. No

proximal hydroureter observed.

URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended , shows increased wall thcikness measures up[to 0.45 cm. No mass or calculus

noted.

Full bladder volume:    298 ml                     

Post void volume:    insignificant

CONCLUSION:

• Right renal calculi with grade - II hydronephrosis and proximal hydroureter…. rureteric

calculus +/-

• Left renal calculi with minimal fullness

• Cystitis+/-…….. urine D/R is advised.
