KIDNEYS:Both  kidneys are normal in size, shape and position.Normal parenchymal thickness and

texture. No calculi or hydronephrosis is seen. Upper ureters are not dilated.

Right kidney measures 9.9 cm x 5.6 cm with cortical thickness 1.0 cm

Left   kidney measures  9.6 cm x 4.4 cm with cortical thickenss 0.9 cm

URINARY BLADDER:Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass or  urinary bladder wall thickening

seen.

PREVOID VOLUME:    256 ml

POST VOID VOLUME:  Insignificant

• INCIDENTAL FINDING: Right ovary is enlarged measures  approx 4.6 cm x 3.2 cm with a well

defined anechoic  cyst measuring 3.2 cm x 2.5 cm. No internal echoes or septae

noted…………….. No gross abnormality noted in left ovary and uterus

CONCLUSION:

• Normal KUB ultrasound study.

• Right ovarian simple cyst…… followup advised.
