KIDNEYS:

Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position.

Right kidney measures 9.5 x 4.0 cms with parenchymal thickness of 1.5 cms.

Left kidney measures 10.0 x 5.5 cms with parenchymal thickness of 2.4 cms.

Normal parenchymal thickness and texture. No calculi or hydronephrosis is seen on the right side. Ureter not

seen dilated.

The left renal collecting system show fullness at the time of scanning ?? distal ureteric obstruction.

URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

CONCLUSION:

The left renal collecting system show fullness at the time of scanning ?? distal ureteric obstruction.

Advised CT KUB, if clinicallinically indicated
