KIDNEYS:

Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and position.Normal parenchymal thickness and texture.

Right kidney measures 9.9 cmx 4.6 cm with parenchymal thickness 1.0 cm .No calculi or

hydronephrosis is seen. Ureter not seen dilated.     

Left kidney measures    10.2 cm x 4.3 cm with parenchymal thickness 1.1 cm….. Few concretions

are noted  with minimal fullness..No proximal hydroureter noted.           

URINARY BLADDER Well distended shows increased wall thickness…. measures upto 0.4 cm.

few internal echoes are noted ….most likely infection

Full bladder volume:      260ml                   

Post void volume:         65ml

CONCLUSION:

• Left renal concretions with minimal fullness

• Cystitis….. urine D/R advised

• Significant post void residual urine
