KIDNEYS:

• Right kidnney appears normal in size shape and position .It measures  11.2 cm x 3.9 cm with

cortical thickness 0.6 cm. An echogenic mobile focus is noted in the renal pelvis measures 0.7

cm. Minimal hydronephrosis seen. No proximal hydroureter noted…. Hydronephrosis

perisists post void

• Left kidney measures  appeasr normal in size shape an d position. It measures    10.1 cm x 5.5 cm

with cortical thickness 0.7 cm. No mass or calculus seen. No hydronephrosis or proximal

hydroureter observed.         

URINARY BLADDER:

Normal urinary bladder. No calculus, mass, urinary bladder wall thickening seen.

Full bladder volume:       238 ml                   

Post void volume:           Insignificant

CONCLUSION:

• Right renal calculus with grade - I hydronephrosis
