URINARY BLADDER:

Well distended urinary bladder . No mass or calculus seen in the lumen. Wall thickness is mildly

increased  measures upto 0.4 cm…. could be infection.

UTERUS:

Uterus is anteverted, bulky measuring 9.7 cm x 5.7 cm x 4.5 cm. No focal lesion noted

Endometrial thickness is normal with linear central cavitary echo measures 0.8 cm

BOTH OVARIES:

Both ovaries are normal.

Right ovary measures  2.4 cm x 2.1 cm

Left ovary measures   3,6 cm x 2.7 cm with two well defined  anechoic cysts larger one measures 2.0

cm  x 1.7 cm….. most likely follicle

ADNEXAE:

No adnexal mass or free fluid is seen.

CONCLUSION:

• Bulky uterus

• Cystitis+/-…urine D.R advised
