Placenta seen posteriorly

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 13 weeks 0 days.

  Abdomen & Pelvis LIVER: Liver is seen normal in size measuring   13.2 cm in longitudinal dimention. The outer contour is smooth showing homogenous parenchymal echogenicity with regular margins.
