CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P 22-12-2022…. GA by dates 16 weeks + 2 days)

Single  intrauterine fetus with unstable lie at the time of scan

Fetal cardiac activity and movements seen

Placenta is anterior  upper segment. A non homogenous , hypoechoic area is noted just above the

placental attachment measuring6.0 cm x 3.7 cm. No significant vascularity noted at the time

of scan……. most likely sub - chorionic hematoma.

Amniotic fluid is adequate

BPD = 33 .2 mm                                                               HC = 122.4 mm

FL = 21.7 mm.                                                                  AC = 95.4 mm

EFW = 144 grams +/-  22  grams

Gestational age according to scan is 16 weeks+ 1day +/- 2 weeks

E.D.D by scan= 28-09-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 16 weeks + 1 day +/- 2 weeks

• A hypoechoic , non -homogenous area just above placental attachment…………..Sub chorionic

hematoma +/-…… corelate clinically

GA 7 weeks+ 6 days) Single intrauterine fetus having CRL 14.4 mm corresponding to 7 weeks+ 5 days +/- 1 weeks by scan Fetal cardiac activity seen Fetal movements seen INCIDENTAL FINDING : A well defined anechoic cyst is noted in the right ovary measuring 4.0cm x 2.8 cm.
