CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being

Single alive intrauterine fetus with breech presentation and longitudinal lie

Placenta is fundo-anterior

Amniotic fluid is adequate

FHR = Present

Fetal movement = Present

BPD = 3.7 cm

FL = 2.3 cm.

AC = 11.0 cm

EFW = 178 +/- 27 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 17 weeks 1 days. +/_  1 weeks.

IMPRESSION:

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 17 weeks 1 days. +/_ 1 weeks
