CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being( L.M.P= 16-11-2022……. GA 8 weeks + 6 days)

Single intrauterine fetus with CRL measuring 19.6 mm corresponding to 8 weeks + 4 days by scan s

noted

Fetal movements and cardiac activity seen.

Cervical length measures 4.7 cm.

• INCIDENTAL FINDING: Right ovary shows a well cicumscribed anechoic cyst measuring 2.5 cm x

2.5 cm. Ni internal echoes or septa noted.

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 8 weeks+ 4 days +/- 5 days

• E.D.D by scan 25-08-2023

• Right ovarian simple cyst… followup advised.
