CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being

Single alive intrauterine fetus is seen with unstable lie at the time of scan.

Placenta is fundal . Fetal movements are seen.

Amniotic fluid is adequate .

FHR = 153 bpm

BPD = 2.2 cm

FL = 1.3 cm.

Liquor : adequate.

Gestational age according to scan is 13 weeks 5 days. +/_ 1 weeks.

IMPRESSION:

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 13 weeks 5 days. +/_ 1 weeks.
