CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being

Single alive intrauterine fetus with breech presentation and longitudinal lie

Placenta is posterior low lying likely to migrate

Amniotic fluid is adequate

FHR =Present

fetal movement = Present

BPD = 2.6 cm

FL =  1.3 cm.

AC = 7.5 cm

EFW = 87 grams +/- 13 grams

.

Gestational age according to scan is 14 weeks 1 days +/_  1 weeks.

IMPRESSION:

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 14 weeks 1 days. +/_ 1 weeks.
