CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( 12-02-2023 GA dy dates 28 weeks + 4 days)

Single intrauterine fetus with breech presentation and longitudinal at the time of scan

Cardiac activity and fetal movements noted.

Placenta is fundo-anterior , away from OS.

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 12.0 cm.

FHR = 146 bpm                        BPD = 67.5 mm

HC = 250.3 mm                        FL = 52.6 mm.

AC = 210.6 mm                        EFW = 972 grams +/- 146 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 27 weeks 0 days. +/_ 2 weeks.

E.D.D by scan 30-11-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to gestational age of 27 weeks 0 days +/- 2 weeks.

…. complementary doppler ultrasound of umblical artery was done, RI= 0.61 which is within the

normal range as per gestation.
