CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being

Single alive intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal lie

Placenta is fundo-Posterior

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 11.2 cm/ml

FHR = Present

Fetal movement = Present

BPD = 8.6 cm

HC = 30.8  cm

FL = 6.7 cm.

AC = 29.5  cm

EFW = 2363  grams

Gestational age according to scan is 34 weeks 2 days. +/_  1 weeks.

No Cord seen around the neck of baby at the time of scan

IMPRESSION:

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 34 weeks 2 days. +/_ 1 weeks.
