CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being

Single alive intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation..

Placenta is fundo-anterior

Cervical length measures 4.3 cm. os is closed.

Amniotic fluid is adequate

FHR = 153  bpm

BPD =  9.4 cm

HC =  33.4 cm

FL =  7.5 cm.

AC = 33.0 cm

EFW 3298 grams.

Gestational age according to scan is 38 weeks . +/_ 2 weeks.

IMPRESSION:

Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 38 weeks 2 days. +/_ 2 weeks.
