CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P = 11.1.2023… GA by dates 31 weeks+ 6weeks)

Single  intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal.

Fetal movements and cardiac activity seen.

Placenta is anterior, 5 cm away from OS

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 12 cm.

FHR = 140 bpm                               BPD = 79.7 mm

HC = 293.8 mm                               FL = 6.0 cm

AC = 277.3 mm                               EFW = 1890 grams +/- 284 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 32 weeks 1 days. +/- 2 weeks.

EDD = 16-10-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine fetus corresponding to gestational age of 32 weeks 2 days. +/_ 2 weeks.
