CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P = 11-01-2023…. GA 15 weeks + 3 days)

Single intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal.

Fetal cardiac activity seen

Fetal movements noted

Placenta is anterior, developing.

Liqor adequate.

BPD = 31.5mm                                             HC = 118.7 mm

FL = 18.2 mm.                                                 AC = 101.2 mm

EFW =  135 grams +/- 20grams

Gestational age according to scan is 15 weeks + 6 days. +/_ 2 weeks.

E.D.D by scan  15-10-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to 15 weeks + 6 days +/- 2 weeks
