CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P 11-02-2023… GA by dates 19 weeks + 2 days)

Single  intrauterine fetus with breech presentation  and unstable lie

Fetal movements and cardiac activity seen.

Placenta is fundal

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 15 cm.

BPD = 43.6 mm          HC = 162.8 mm

FL = 33.2 mm.              AC = 151.1 mm

EFW = 340 grams +/- 51 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 19 weeks + 5 days  +/_ 2 weeks.

E.D.D by dates 15-11-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy with breech presentation corresponding to 19 weeks + 5 days +/- 2

weeks
