CLINICAL INDICATION: Fetal well being ( L.M.P 22-03-2023 … GA by dates 24 weeks 3 days)

Single alive intrauterine fetus with cephalic presentation and longitudinal.

Fetal movement and cardiac activity seen

Placenta is posterior , 4.5 cm away from OS (likely to ascend with advancing pregnancy)

Amniotic fluid is adequate AFI = 11.5 cm.

FHR = 146 bpm                             BPD = 58.7 mm

HC = 228.6 mm                              FL = 44.1 mm.

AC = 203.9 mm                              EFW = 728 grams +/- 109 grams

Gestational age according to scan is 24 weeks 4 days. +/_ 2 weeks.

E.D.D by scan 26-12-2023

IMPRESSION:

• Single alive intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to gestational age of 24 weeks 4 days. +/_ 2 weeks.

• Placenta previa type -I….keep follow up
